“This book is SO GOOD! I love it. First, it is like a journal. You get to write in it and personally, I understand it better when I write and/or repeat it. Second of all, It doesn’t just have to be for dancers it can be for many other people! Last but not least it has SUCH good advice, you can learn so much on the first 8 pages! One of my favorite chapters is Mindful Hydration. It talks about how much water you should drink and checking in with your minerals. It helped me understand my body’s needs better.

This book is so beautifully simple and innovative! The magic is in its approachability and ease in taking concept to action. It makes it possible in this busy world to make small habit changes that lead to overall life improvement. Be prepared for an inspiring experience where you can't help but flip to the next page and learn more. My son is a dancer and the author's approach really speaks his language. However, I can't wait for my high achieving softball daughter to read it too. If my kiddos leave our home with a reinforcement of these healthy life habits - yay!
This books is carefully formatted for a dancers lifestyle, guiding them to deeper understanding of daily mindful actions. For any high performing artist, I would recommend this book to because it dissects parts of the mind and body and brings new awareness that help you learn more about yourself. This book is amazing and so is Gina!
